Who we are
Xendfi ("we") builds and operates custom AI agents for ecommerce brands. Xendfi is operated by ArStudioz. Contact: hi@xendfi.com.
What we collect on this website
If you run the free scan, we process the store URL you enter and the publicly available pages we check (robots.txt, schema, manifests). If you request a report or teardown, we collect your email address and use it only to deliver what you asked for and to follow up about it. We don't sell your data, run third-party ad trackers, or add you to lists you didn't ask for.
Client data, when you hire us
To build and run your agents we access only what they need (catalog, orders, policies, ticket history) through your platform's official APIs, under a signed data processing agreement (DPA). Your data is used solely to build and operate your agents. It is never used to train shared or third-party models. When you leave, access is revoked and our copies are deleted.
Subprocessors and security
We use vetted infrastructure and AI providers to run the agents, each bound by their own data protection terms, and we list them in your DPA. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the engineers working on your account.
Your rights
Email hi@xendfi.com to access, correct, or delete anything we hold about you. We'll answer within a few business days, and we're happy to walk your ops or legal person through any of this.
